Reservations – Explained
We take reservations, we prefer reservations, we first serve those who cared to make reservations. We may be able to sit others with some waiting time at the door and serve their dinner choices slower yet.
Reservations help us be prepared for the volume of those busy hours.
Note: A voicemail notice is not a confirmed reservation. An automated (google or else) attempt by Artificial Intelligence is not a reservation. One thinking pushing a button on their Mobile will mean Dinner, may expect Robo Alexa cooking it, serving it as well.
We are kindly cautioning our patrons, would be patrons, this is a Family Restaurant and we make our menu fresh. We do not serve factory made nor machine processed and/or pulverized food, that gets reconstituted by a machine out of the Simpson's ever so popular cartoon reality. We make our food with care, and respect.
So, You see, we have remained traditionally slow about slow food!
