Scanning through the media, and after dining at Balaton many times, I must give five stars to Balaton and returning five stars to those who care about a Cleveland icon like your establishment. Fifty years and three generations in the restaurant business? Only a handful remain in Cleveland.”
“I think a satisfied customer is less likely to chat to the crowd, but a dissatisfied customer would more likely make a note. It is the untrue leverage of gossiping, and the dangers of none-professional reviewers. So, I did place my best on several of those chat-sites, and I will continue to do so. Luckily not too many of those around, who pass a quick and exaggerated note of a small-time complaint, that gentlemen could resolve in less time then his damaging short note in cyberspace.”
