Nest Homes Construction has been a long-timer in the Cleveland area. Full service General Contracting with mostly in house sub-trades doing the work.
Nest Homes Builders Renovated our place to the last nail and wire in 1998, then refreshed it, also adding some new features during the weekdays in January 2007, painted the facilities and replace equipment. During the four-phase renovation we stayed open for the weekends, Friday-Saturday-Sunday, regular hours. Partial renovation of bathrooms 2015, painting in dining-rooms and some new equipment in the kitchen was in order next. We continually replace equipment as our kitchen gets busier every year, and in 2018 our gas-utility was doubled for future expansion. What next?....
Winter of 2019-20 we created small private dining rooms. One seating 4-8, and another seating 6-10 persons, and may be requested when making reservation. Also we rounded out a 6-16 seater semi-private area. Our gifts-shop list is continually expanding, so your take home goodies and souvenirs
Starting in 1997 this group of professionals began a 100% Custom Renovation here, in our Shaker Square location. The 1928 building was lovingly stripped inside of the 100% obsolete plumbing and electrical components, heating and cooling systems. Of course walls and ceilings had to come down in the process. Once the structure was evaluated the new plans were made and our design was taking shape. All the electro-mechanical was installed up to date standards, layout became handicap accessible. Meantime old world non-symetrical oak-flooring was designed and made in Middlefield to restore the exact flooring as it was seen on Shaker Square and neighboring residences. In the winter custom flooring was installed by Nest Homes and adorned by walnut pluggings, the walls trimmed out with oak. Then we reopened in April 1998.
